DELIVERIES - Orders for morning delivery must be in by 8:30 am and afternoon by 12:30 pm.

Refund policy

Returns 

It is important to let us know as soon as possible if anything isn't right with your delivery. If items are unsatisfactory, please send an email as soon as convenient, a photo will help a lot too. We will work to re-deliver a product to you as a replacement. If you do not wish for any product to be redelivered: Eat The Kiwi, at our sole discretion may refund the value of that product (as at the date on which the product was ordered) and; Eat The Kiwi reserves the right to charge the customer a reasonable cancellation fee for that order.

If you are invoiced an incorrect amount for an Eat The Kiwi order, Eat The Kiwi shall be paid by, or refunded to, you the necessary adjustment amount o reflect the correct amount which you should have been invoiced. Eat The Kiwi will refund you by crediting your credit card.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
We will process refunds as soon as possible, you will received an email notifying you of this. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
